How does this app record calls?

When on a call you wish to record, open CallTap and hit record. Your call will be put on hold, and our recording line will be dialed. Once it answers, tap merge to establish a 3-way call.

If you want to record an outgoing call, hit record. The app will dial our recording line, start recording upon answering, then tap add call, dial the other party, and merge upon connection.

Can I download recordings to my computer?

Absolutely! Conveniently attach recordings to an email within the app and send them as MP3s or save to popular cloud storage services.

How many recordings can I make?

How long can a recording be?

No time constraints! Recordings can be of any duration you require.

If you opt for the Unlimited Recording Subscription, your Apple ID account will be charged upon purchase or at the end of any trial period if offered.

Your CallTap Unlimited Recording Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before expiration.

The subscription is available monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Rates are displayed before finalizing a purchase or starting a free trial.

The Unlimited Recording Subscription allows limitless call recordings in each subscription period.
